You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As a Family Based Therapist out of our Malvern location, you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children, adolescents and their families throughout Chester County, PA. Our Treatment approaches revolve around the ESFT Model.
- Free clinical supervision hours
- Free Family Based Therapist training in ESFT model
- Clinical experience with both adults and children
- Use of company vehicle
- Given company phone and laptop
- Working with a partner and a well-developed team
- ASCEND- Career Accelerator Program (will help pay back student loans, pay upfront for continued education and assist with PSLF program).
- Salary of $48,760 annually (billing expectation of 128 units weekly)- Bachelor's Level
- Salary of $55,120 annually (billing expectation of 128 units weekly)- Master's Level
Responsibilities

- →Offer parents effective management skills and approaches to improve the child’s well-being, while the child or young adult learns skills to become successful in school, follow directions at home, develop and maintain positive relationships within the community, and reach expected emotional, social and academic achievements.
- →Complete assessments and create/monitor goals of the child.
This full time role provides a guaranteed annual salary with achievable monthly quotas to increase compensation. Company vehicles are available for travel. This position is great for individuals who enjoy working afternoon and early evening hours. Typical hours of a Family Based Therapist are 10a-6p or 11a-7p. Schedule is determined in conjunction with family needs.
