As a Residential Support Professional at Devereux, you’ll have the meaningful opportunity to support children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral or emotional challenges. In this vital role, you’ll make a daily impact by helping each individual unlock their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives.

In this role based out of West Chester, Pa, you will perform residential support responsibilities for the Center. 

Some of your daily responsibilities include:

• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Monitor and support client safety
• Facilitate communication and documentation
• Support transportation needs
• Assist with cafeteria and meal services
• Engage in therapeutic interaction
