About Devereux PoconoLocated in Newfoundland, PA, Devereux Pocono provides programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.  Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze treatment data, behavioral trends, and incident reports
  • Identify patterns (e.g., recurring behaviors, compliance gaps) and share insights with the Quality Management Director
  • Conduct pre-inspection site visits and support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety activities (including fire drills and required inspections)
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives using data tools such as Power BI and QCG dashboards
  • Complete Certified Investigator training requirements
