As a Recruitment Specialist at our Pennsylvania Adult Services Center, your work will be valuable to hiring independent contractors and staff who are dedicated to Devereux’s mission to change lives by unlocking and nurturing human potential for people with emotional, behavioral, or cognitive differences.

 

Our ideal candidate is a service-oriented team player, who is skilled at building relationships and taking initiative. This position is based out of our Berwyn, PA administrative office, our Recruitment Specialist will:

 

·         Create and manage requisitions and applicants through our applicant tracking system      (iCIMS)

·         Screen all applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review

·         Conduct phone-screens and coordinate interviews (also participate if necessary)

·         Creatively source for open positions and develop proactive recruiting techniques

·         Establish relationships with local colleges and hold/attend job fairs

·         Source and hire Independent Contractors

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
      • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.
