• →Skill Development & Support:Apply interpersonal and emotional regulation strategies to help students and families build the skills necessary for self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and consistent school engagement. 
• →Assessment & Planning:Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans that address educational, emotional, and environmental barriers to attendance. 
• →Family Engagement:Utilize a family-centered, strengths-based approach to empower families, reduce stress, and enhance capacity for consistent school participation. 
• →Collaboration:Partner with school personnel, community agencies, and other service providers to coordinate support, monitor progress, and strengthen connections between home and school. 
• →Prevention & Intervention:Implement prevention and skill-building strategies that enhance resilience, problem-solving, and communication capacities in youth and families. 
• →Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate, timely service records and ensure all activities adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines. 
• →Consultation & Training:Provide consultation to schools and participate in team meetings to support the development of effective attendance improvement and family engagement strategies.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related Human Services discipline. Clinical Licensure, preferred
• Current and valid driver’s license required
