At Yooralla, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive difference, supporting people at home in Shared Supported accommodation and Independent Living settings, and occasionally in the community, to acheive their goals

About You

We're looking for people who are passionate, have a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. You'll share Yooralla’s values and have:

• a positive approach, initiative and self-motivation
• willingness to be committed to empowering our clients to reach their goals, and to upholding quality and safeguards in your everyday work
• effective communication skills, and good English literacy to communicate well with our clients
• ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
• willingness to support clients with personal care activities
• Australian Driver Licence 
• the right to work in Australia, and
• The ability to get a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate if you don’t already have one.
