• →Source and secure land and lot opportunities
• →Conduct market, financial, and feasibility analyses
• →Negotiate contracts and manage due diligence
• →Lead entitlement and permitting efforts
• →Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, and local stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Land Planning, or related field
• 3+ years of land acquisition or related experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
• Experience with contracts, entitlements, and financial modeling
