• →Learn how to process mortgage loans from application to closing
• →Collect and organize borrower documentation
• →Assist with ordering verifications (employment, assets, etc.)
• →Work with underwriters to help move loans through the process
• →Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding items
• →Support closing preparation to ensure files are complete and accurate
• →Collaborate with team members to keep loans moving efficiently
