Production Operative

The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional quality for our customers.  Working hours are afternoon into evening from 3.15pm to 11.45pm, Monday to Friday.

• →To work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures
• →Maintain the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products
• →Work with the Managers and wider Team to achieve the department targets
• →Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
• →Work to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
• →Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
• →Be able to follow instructions and procedures
• →Be safety conscious
• →Have a flexible approach to work
• →Have a commitment to quality work and reliability
• →Be willing to gain new skills and experiences
