Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective
- →Perform detailed data analysis of operations
- →Act as the liaison between GCWB and EDSI administrative staff on issues concerning invoicing and performance numbers
- →Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution of materials, and other types of office/program systems
- →Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
- →Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billing and performance tracking
- →Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current, accurate and timely
- →Retrieve and organize critical operations reports
- →Present data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables, and other methods
- →Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts
- →Based on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to center operations
- →Assist with staffing logistics
- →Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System
- →Provide research and support for critical team decisions
- →Manage ISO compliance and audits
- →Track, report, and ensure compliance with ISO auditing process

Requirements

- Data analysis experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with invoicing and billing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Regional travel is required
- Able to work fully onsite or in a hybrid environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
- A valid driver's license & clean driving record required
