Embark at Hurricane – Stabilization and Assessment is hiring Behavioral Health Associates to support adolescent boys (ages 12–17) in a residential setting. You’ll help clients with daily routines, emotional regulation, life skills, safety, and structured programming, while working alongside therapists and nurses to ensure treatment goals are met. Our program provides a home‑like environment for highly acute teens and their families, focusing on stabilization, assessment, and family‑centered healing.
- 21+ years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check
- Current driver's license
- Ability to learn CPR and First-Aid.
