The Supervisor, Maintenance Planning (Demand, Forecast & Task Control) is responsible for the daily supervision, guidance, and development of Maintenance Planning personnel within the Demand, Forecast, and Task Control Team. This position provides leadership and oversight of maintenance demand intake, long-range maintenance planning, task governance, component planning, modification programs, and maintenance planning analytics. The Supervisor works cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance Programs, Reliability, Supply Chain, Maintenance Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance requirements are accurately assessed, prioritized, planned, and delivered in support of operational and regulatory objectives.

• →Responsible for overall supervision of the designated Maintenance Planning personnel, including providing guidance and instruction concerning the execution of daily job functions, employee development, workload management, procedural training, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• →Lead and oversee the Demand, Forecast, and Task Control Team, ensuring all maintenance demand is properly evaluated, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate execution channels.
• →Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance Programs, Reliability, Supply Chain, Maintenance Operations, and other stakeholders to assess maintenance requirements and determine the most effective execution strategy.
• →Maintain oversight of all Planning Watch Items (PWIs) and other long-term deferred maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and timely execution.
• →Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of aircraft modification programs, including Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Engineering Orders (EOs), reliability initiatives, and other fleet enhancement projects.
• →Manage component planning activities, including forecasting demand, identifying maintenance opportunities, coordinating removal schedules, and assessing repair vendor capabilities to support fleet requirements.
• →Lead recurring planning reviews and cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, Engineering, Reliability, Maintenance Programs, and Maintenance Operations to ensure alignment of maintenance demand, material availability, and execution capacity.
• →Oversee the management and maintenance planning requirements of aircraft in storage, including preservation programs, return-to-service activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• →Perform routine audits of planning data, maintenance records, and completed work packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
• →Monitor maintenance forecast requirements and fleet utilization trends, coordinating necessary adjustments to support operational objectives and maintenance compliance.
• →Develop, maintain, and improve planning processes, reporting tools, and performance metrics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Maintenance Planning functions.
• →Support the development and maintenance of planning data infrastructure, including database queries, data models, dashboards, and reporting tools used to support planning decision-making and operational visibility.
• →Utilize data analytics to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for continuous improvement within Maintenance Planning and related departments.
• →Notify the Manager, Maintenance Planning of risks, capacity limitations, scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or other issues that may affect compliance or execution of maintenance requirements.
• →Support and provide backup for the Manager, Maintenance Planning as required.
• →Perform analysis, special projects, and other duties as assigned by the Manager, Maintenance Planning.
• →Work is performed in the Endeavor Airlines OCC and requires professional interaction with OCC personnel, management staff, maintenance stations, vendors, regulatory agencies, and business partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; or a combination of education and equivalent industry experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in aircraft maintenance, maintenance planning, airline operations, or a related field required.
• Three (3) or more years of maintenance planning experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team leadership, or project leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing maintenance demand, forecasting, deferred maintenance programs, modification planning, or component planning preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, air carrier maintenance programs, maintenance documentation, and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience utilizing maintenance information systems and airline operational systems.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and improve data infrastructure that supports maintenance planning functions and operational decision-making.
• Must be capable of producing executive-level reports, forecasts, and presentations related to maintenance demand, fleet requirements, performance metrics, and planning initiatives.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Primarily Monday through Friday schedule; however, position requires flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and operational events as business needs dictate.
• Some company travel, including overnight visits to maintenance locations, vendors, and operational facilities, may be required.

• Repetitive motion such as typing.
• Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, files, and equipment not exceeding 30 pounds.
• Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
