The Sales Associate II is an advanced associate position within the Sales Department. In addition to the knowledge and responsibilities of Sales Associate I, this role assumes responsibility for assigned customer accounts. The Sales Associate II coordinates accounts and works directly with customers and manufacturer representatives to provide sales and technical service support.  This position is responsible for generating quotations, processing and dating customer orders, providing after‑sales support, coordinating with internal departments, and monitoring assigned accounts to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.

The following duties are representative of the essential functions of this position:

  • Prepare accurate quotations and bid packages in response to customer requests.
  • Prepare and date customer orders with careful attention to stock numbers, item descriptions, pricing, customer numbers, purchase order numbers, and production slot availability.
  • Coordinate with ERMCO functional groups to track production orders and shipping details.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service by answering customer calls and questions in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update contractual and daily pricing as established by upper management.
  • Take ownership of assigned customer accounts, maintain accurate system and server data, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Act as backup support for other Sales Associates during absences or peak workload periods.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments outside of assigned account responsibilities, as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under deadlines, and collaborate well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned
