Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute the training and development strategy across clinical, administrative, and leadership functions.
- →Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways.
- →Manage the Learning Management System and ensure consistent content quality, tracking, and reporting.
- →Execute measurable learning outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
- →Collaborate with the Senior Director and P&C leaders to align training programs with talent management, succession planning, and organizational goals.
- →Stay current with emerging technologies, compliance requirements, and healthcare education trends.
- →Ensure all programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- →Utilize the ADDIE methodology in the design and development of training programs
- →Utilize the Kirkpatrick methodology for evaluation development
