We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to help us launch our new centre in Slough, and support the rapid growth and day-to-day running of this new centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.

You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:
- Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
- Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
- Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
- Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
- Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care
You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.
- You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real progress in maths and English while unlocking a love of learning
- You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps
- You’ll build your centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation
- You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported
- Demonstrated confidence in acquisition (sales) and customer experience delivery
- A genuine passion for education and making a difference to children’s lives
- A strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with the drive to set ambitious goals, deliver results, and tackle challenges head-on
- Clear, confident communication, with the ability to influence and build trust with families, teams, and stakeholders

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working or volunteering in the local community, as strong awareness of the area will be key to building meaningful connections.
