• →Evaluates and submits all Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
• →Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance.
• →Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• →Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues.
• →Reviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements.  

• Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years construction administrative experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Davis Bacon and Labor Laws preferred.
• JD Edwards system experience preferred.
