• →Support survey control network activities, including setting up tripods, tribrachs, prisms, and assisting with monument installation.
• →Assist the Surveyor and Crew Leader with daily field survey operations.
• →Support layout and staking activities for earthworks, utilities, and structural elements.
• →Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments under supervision (total stations, GNSS, digital levels).
• →Assist with field measurements, data collection, and basic field calculations.
• →Maintain accurate field notes and documentation.
• →Help manage, organize, and care for survey equipment and materials.
• →Follow instructions from the Surveyor to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• →Support general site coordination activities as required.
• →Adhere to project safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred).
• No prior work experience required; previous field or co-op experience will be considered an asset.
• Basic understanding of surveying principles and ability to read construction drawings.
• Willingness to work outdoors in an active construction environment.
• Ability to work in exposed outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Physical ability to perform job duties in an active construction environment, including lifting and carrying equipment.
