AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our rehabilitation team at Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Westmoreland Manor provides a setting where Occupational Therapists can work with adults and older adults with a variety of rehabilitation and functional needs.

Patients may be recovering following hospitalization, illness, surgery, injury, weakness, falls or functional decline, while others may require longer-term support to maintain or maximize their independence.

Just finishing OT school?

Your first Occupational Therapy position should give you the opportunity to turn what you learned in school and fieldwork into clinical confidence.

A skilled rehabilitation environment can provide exposure to a broad patient population and help you strengthen your skills in evaluation, treatment planning, ADLs, functional mobility, interdisciplinary communication and clinical decision-making.

We're looking for new graduates who are curious, compassionate, willing to learn, and excited to become strong clinicians.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound clinical judgment and a patient-first approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with COTAs and the interdisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing, geriatric or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
• Experienced OTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply
