Physical Therapist - PRN

• →Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and mobility.
• →Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
• →Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• →Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations.
• →Educate patients and their families on the therapeutic process, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• →Provide support and encouragement to patients to enhance their motivation and compliance with therapy.
• →Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• →Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and discharge planning to coordinate patient care.
• →Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including documentation standards, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.
• →Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care.
• →All other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPT).
• Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License.
