Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at Grand Rapids Care Center in Grand Rapids, Ohio.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, pick up occasional weekday or weekend hours, or simply want the flexibility of PRN work without feeling like "just the PRN therapist," we'd love to talk.

If you're earlier in your career, this can be an excellent opportunity to gain additional experience with geriatric rehabilitation, functional mobility, balance, gait training and skilled nursing care while working alongside an established rehabilitation team.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Ohio Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with PTAs and the interdisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing, geriatric or rehabilitation experience is a plus
• A patient-first approach to care
