Lead HVAC Installer

• →Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
• →Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• →Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• →Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• →Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• →Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
