Construction Manager II

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Conducts and documents project meetings with clients.
- →Prepares and monitors project schedules.
- →Performs periodic construction observation and inspection.
- →Possesses basic surveying interpretation skills.
- →Prepares reports and correspondence.
- →Prepares and checks quantities for measurement and payment purposes.
- →Prepares construction payment applications.
- →Negotiates and prepares construction change orders.
- →Reviews submittals and other technical data.
- →Proficient with construction management software for document management and scheduling.
- →Performs constructibility reviews and value engineering studies.
- →Assists with Risk Management assessments.
- →Prepares and monitors Quality Control and Assurance Plans.
- →BS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- →Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
- →7+ years of experience.
- →Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
- →10-hour OSHA Safety course.
- →Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- →Good oral and written communication skills.
- →Must possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
