Principal Field Support Representative (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional 13 years of related experience is required or 2 years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 13 years of related experience is required or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 9 years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred.

 

This role will require travel of up to 30% based on business needsThis position is  fully on-siteWhile on-site, you will be a part of the Annapolis Junction team

 

Provide frontline technical support for mission-critical system, communications, and antenna equipment across the program. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair complex hardware, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and use your knowledge of RF, SATCOM, and processing systems to restore and sustain operational capability. Using available system-configuration documentation, installation guides, and operating procedures, you will plan and execute maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidance, customer priorities, and operational schedules; provide remote support when effective; and coordinate on-site response for emergency repairs and other field needs. You will capture lessons learned and update system documentation and support procedures to improve future technical-support activities. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, hands-on problem solver who works effectively with customers and cross-functional technical teams.

USD $55.08 - USD $59.08 /Hr.
