Production Lab Technician - Harfsen, Netherlands

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Production Lab team in Harfsen, Netherlands. To support our operations, we are hiring Production Lab Technicians to assist with production processes, including assembly, processing, and packaging within our state-of-the-art laboratory environment.

This position follows a rotating shift schedule and typically consists of 40 hours per week, generally worked as four 10-hour shifts. Due to customer demand and seasonal production requirements, schedules may vary during peak periods and may include five-day workweeks or adjusted shift patterns. Flexibility to support changing operational needs is essential.

• Morning Shift: 08:00 - 18:00
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 08:00

Additional Schedule Information:Shift schedules are determined based on business and customer needs. While the standard schedule is typically four 10-hour shifts per week, employees should be prepared for temporary schedule adjustments, including Friday work, during peak production seasons. 

This role is based in Harfsen, Netherlands. Candidates should either live within close proximity to Harfsen or have reliable transportation to and from the facility. • Monitor and identify goals for the reduction of our GHG emissions from our own operations.
• Drive porcine and bovine genetic improvements which support productivity gains and improve feed efficiency, enabling a reduction in the production of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions per unit of milk or meat produced
