Production Supervisor

• →A minimum of two (2) years of experience within contemporary swine production systems, partnered with proven results 
• →Farrowing and/or agricultural experience is a plus
• →Able to manage a team of 8+ employees 
• →Proven experience working with culturally diverse teams in a fast-paced environment 
• →Proven ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines & maintain accuracy 
• →Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills  
• →Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in a production environment 
• →Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications; ability to learn new software programs 
• →Proven knowledge of contemporary record keeping systems within contemporary swine production systems 
• →Ability to work hours needed operationally, which can vary frequently and include weekend, evening, holidays and emergency situations
