Service Supervisor

The Position: Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch. Leads, coaches, and manages technical personnel within Service Department.

• →Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area.
• →Monitor quality of work performed by technicians.
• →Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures.
• →Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• →Control and maintain tools and equipment.
• →Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.
• →Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary.
• →Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel.
• →Directly supervise service personnel.
• →Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel.
• →Generate repair orders for customer repairs.
• →Purchase and control job supplies.
• →Train new service personnel.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel: None
