We're looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to help customers with their vehicle service needs while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. If you enjoy building relationships, providing outstanding service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • →Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • →Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • →Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • →Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • →Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
