Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team and help bring our local marketing activity to life across our practices.

This is a varied and hands-on role, giving you the opportunity to work across campaigns, creative, content, print and local marketing activity. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive and in-house Design team, supporting everything from initial ideas through to campaign delivery and measuring the results.

You’ll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, has plenty of ideas and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.

• →Supporting the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive with local marketing strategies and campaigns.
• →Working with our in-house Design team to brief creative concepts and develop engaging marketing materials.
• →Coordinating POS, print, window campaigns, local advertising and other marketing activity across our practices.
• →Supporting Growth activity and helping to identify opportunities to drive footfall and like-for-like growth.
• →Evaluating campaigns and sharing results and insights with the wider team.
• →Managing relationships with printers and suppliers, including quotes, costs and production.
• →Supporting the onboarding of new practices joining the Group.
• →Helping coordinate benchmarking activity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• →Taking ownership of your own projects and using your initiative to get things moving.
• →Supporting merger activity and other local marketing projects.
• →Contributing to weekly marketing growth huddles and sharing your work with the team.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proactive and confident in bringing new ideas to the table.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ideally experienced in print production and coordinating marketing materials.

A Marketing or Digital Marketing degree, or similar qualification, would be beneficial, alongside previous marketing experience.
