Responsibilities

→Works under general supervision in carrying out the daily activities of the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
→Identifies and addresses Cardiac Rehab patient’s educational needs.
→Instructs and supervises Cardiac Rehabilitation patients during exercise and is responsible for safe and effective monitoring of the patients.
→Works closely with the Coordinator of Cardiac Rehab and the Cardiac Rehab Nurse to ensure that individual patient goals are met.

Requirements

Requires a high school education or equivalent.
Related nursing experience is preferred.
On the job training will be provided before assuming full responsibilities.
