✓Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
✓Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
✓Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
✓Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
✓Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
✓Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
✓HVAC experience is not required but is a plus.
✓Minimum 5 years of sales experience

✓Must be able to read and write in English.
✓Strong decision-making abilities
✓Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems
✓Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the

✓May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
