Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist & support the sales team in generating quotes based on contract/order form documents, leveraging CRM tools for accurate and efficient processing.
- →Ensure the quotes created adhere to business process & polices.
- →Handle & manage more complex and complicated order processing captured by sales.
- →Act as a bridge between the sales & finance teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- →Coordinate with the sales order processing team to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- →Drive continuous improvement by proactively gathering feedback from sales representatives and key stakeholders, transforming insights into strategic optimization opportunities.
- →Generate reports and provide feedback to higher management
Requirements
~1 min read- 1-3 years of progressive experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
- Should have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office 365, with proven ability to leverage these tools to streamline sales processes, optimize customer interactions, and generate actionable insights.
