Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Server to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323.  Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

We are seeking someone who has open availability to work dinner shifts 4:00pm to 7:30pm every day of the week and 10:00am-2:00pm brunch shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Holidays are required if they fall on your regularly scheduled shift. The total hours available for this position will be 12 to 15 hours/week.

As a Server you will take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Additional responsibilities of this job include setting-up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals, and clearing tables, meeting diners’ needs, handling food safely, delivering food to apartments, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas.

Previous food service experience preferred.

Minimum age of 14 years old required.
