As a Development Specialist, you will work with existing clients to help them get the most value from products and services. You will engage clients through proactive outreach, provide guidance on best practices, and identify opportunities to expand usage and drive results.
In this role, you will balance relationship management with revenue-focused activities, supporting clients throughout their lifecycle. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of interactions, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences.
- Proactively engage existing clients to optimize product usage and performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and demonstrate value and return on investment.
- Meet or exceed revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
- Deliver a positive client experience to support retention and long-term engagement.
- Educate clients on product features, best practices, and optimization strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Monitor account performance and take action to improve outcomes.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to influence decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Clear communication skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with experience meeting performance targets.
- Adaptable and open to feedback in a changing environment.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Tier 3 - United States of America 23.08 - 35.10 USD per hour. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is between $69k-$105k USD/year.
Senior Client Development Specialist (Internal Only) 25.96 - 38.46 USD per hour. On-Target Earnings (OTE) at this level is between $78k-$115k/year.
