~1 min readAs our People Business Parter you'll be responsible for executing the organisation’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. Acting as a trusted adviser the role is focused on supporting employee engagement, talent development, employee relations and organisational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the people strategy is implemented at all levels of the business, enabling high performance and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise senior leaders and influence strategic decisions by embedding people priorities into business planning.
- →Lead the design and execution of the people strategy, focusing on organisational development, talent, culture, and engagement.
- →Build strong relationships with executives, providing proactive, strategic HR solutions to complex challenges.
- →Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- →Partner on organisational design and major change programmes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication.
- →Champion a high‑performance culture through effective performance management and coaching for senior leaders.
- →Use people analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and track progress against key HR metrics.
- →Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and the overall employee experience.
- Have proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, or organisational development
- Ideally Degree qualified in a related discipline and hold CIPD qualification
- Have strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Can demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Are able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Are a strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change and support business objectives
- Have the ability to coach and guide leaders through complex people issues
