Vice President - Law Office Administration

We’re seeking a passionate Vice President of Law Office Administration at IST Management who is a proactive and consistent problem solver, and can adapt to the needs of a high-growth, privately-owned company. The Vice President of Law Office Administration will be a critical thinker, and an intregral part of growing a new division within an existing, well-established BPO and litigation support provider company. This position reports to the CEO and will oversee and collaborate with all IST teams to lead the new LOA division - including building the team, driving revenue, and consistently defining and streamlining service delivery operations. The Vice President of Law Office Administration will lead by example as a hands-on driver of consistent growth and improvement to systems and procedures.

The VP of Law Office Administration will work directly with the CEO and IST support teams to hire local Legal Administrators to work as Fractional Legal Administrators inside of client firms. IST provides a full 360 suite of litigation support offerings to support these firms. It is essential that the VP LOA can effectively grow this division, including recruiting additional headcount to the new team in both sales and operations - must have a deep understanding of the totality of services provided by Legal Administrators, and what will attract and retain these hires.
