Workplace Services Rover Specialist

We are currently seeking an energetic individual who is customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer care in supporting the general exterior building upkeep at our offices to join our amazing team as a Workplace Services Rover Specialist located in our Port Arthur, TX location.  This ideal candidate must be detailed oriented with the ability to work and care for the maintenance of the building grounds, cleaning up any debris, trash, etc while keeping management abreast and reporting any facility issues affecting the exterior areas of the building.

• →Performing daily pickup of trash, garbage, debris from the outside of the building
• →Conduct general inspection of building grounds and report any issues affecting safety
• →Ensure equipment used to perform daily tasks is properly maintained and in good working condition
• →Adhere to all safety and security procedures

• High school diploma or GED 
• Professional demeanor - a must
• Handling daily heavy lifting & ability to walk the building outside perimeters for extended periods of time
• Excellent organizational skills - detailed oriented
• Availability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, etc
• Ability to trouble-shoot and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
