• →Appropriately assesses and examines patients with varying diagnoses according to PT scope of practice.
• →Treats patient within the PT scope of practice.
• →Teaches patients how to use and care for orthotic, prosthetic devices, and other assistive apparati.
• →Provides education to patients, caregivers and associates regarding PT interventions, safety, community resources and outcomes.
• →Recommends appropriate adaptive equipment for ambulation and functional mobility.
• →Coordinates and leads groups.
• →Attends and participates in care planning meetings as assigned.

→Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines, equipment and tools, which may include computer, printer, facsimile machine, copier, calculator, etc. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials. Must be able to exert up to twenty (20) pounds of force occasionally and/or up to ten (10) pounds frequently. Physical demand requirements are at levels of those for sedentary work with continuous up and down movement from chair.
