E-Discovery Litigation Attorney (Winston-Salem, NC)

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, e-discovery, or a related legal practice.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in legal technology, AI, and innovation within litigation workflows.
• Experience with Relativity, technology-assisted review (TAR), analytics, or AI-assisted review tools is preferred.

• →Manage and support e-discovery matters, including document review, quality control, privilege review, data collections, and productions.
• →Collaborate with litigation teams on discovery strategy, deposition preparation, trial support, and case management.
• →Assist in the development and implementation of AI-enabled review workflows and other technology-driven solutions.
• →Evaluate emerging legal technologies and support training, best practices, and workflow improvements.
• →Participate in client-facing initiatives, including presentations, conferences, and business development activities.
