At K-LOVE, every role is ministry.

We hire first for ministry alignment and a shared commitment to our faith, mission, vision, and values. We then seek talented professionals who can use their God-given gifts, skills, and experience to serve with excellence.

If you love Jesus and are called to be part of a ministry that places Christ at the center of everything we do, we invite you to explore this opportunity. If your heart aligns with our mission and you possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the role, please keep reading.

The Donor Advisor is responsible for qualifying and building strong, ministry‑focused relationships within K-LOVE’s Annual Giving Program of mid‑level donors and prospects. This includes initial contact and qualification, relationship cultivation, gift solicitation, follow-up and ongoing stewardship of donors, keeping those donors informed of the impact of their gifts, and helping donors fulfill their passions and interests tied to K‑LOVE’s mission. This role has an emphasis on the daily, effective outreach to and qualification of leads (primarily large volumes of existing donors) to deepen their engagement and giving, as well as providing the opportunity for portfolio development.
