Reporting to the Financial Analysis Manager, the Financial Analyst II provides experienced-level financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making across the Ministry. This role independently manages portions of the forecasting, budgetary review, and financial planning process.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct independent variance analysis and partner with departments to explain results.
- →Create and refine complex financial models for capital investment and Ministry growth initiatives.
- →Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasting reports for senior leadership.
- →Improve existing reporting tools and propose automation or visualization improvements.
- →Assist with Ministry-wide budgeting processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- →Interpret financial data and develop actionable insights that support Ministry success.
- →Mentor entry-level analysts and provide quality review of work.
- →Track and report on cash management processes, helping to improve forecasting accuracy.
- →Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and strategic planning.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA or CFA preferred or in progress
- Minimum of 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; knowledge of financial systems preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a heart for Ministry.
- Capacity to inspire and develop others while embracing feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
- Must pass a pre-employment reference screen and background check.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must agree with K-LOVE Christ-Centered Life Covenant and Statement of Faith
