The Laboratory Technologist works under general supervision to perform difficult and complex laboratory procedures involving a high degree of independent judgment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform chemical, microscopic, and hematologic, immunohematology, and microbiologic test to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease
- →Process and handle specimens appropriately
- →Calibrate and Run QC according to policies and procedures
- →Use computers for report handling and quality control
Requirements
~1 min read- Associates Degree and Graduation from Accredited Clinical Laboratory Training Program OR Bachelors in Laboratory Science
- 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training
