We are accepting applications for a full time position in our high-volume pulmonary diagnostic lab. The position is Monday – Friday 8a – 5p. Be a part of a dynamic group of respiratory therapists serving 9 pulmonologists and 3 APRNs in the outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Calibrate instruments in accordance to ATS standards
- →Assess patients to ensure acceptable testing criteria
- →Perform diagnostics tests ordered by physician including approved Pulmonologist protocol in accordance with American Thoracic Standards
- →Perform testing according to schedule which includes patient flow through Radiology and Laboratory departments in preparation for Pulmonology appointments.
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
- Active Arkansas Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License
- Minimum of one year experience in Respiratory Care preferred
- High focus and commitment to continuous process improvement
- Active BLS required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
