Responsibilities

→Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant
→Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers
→Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays
→Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance.
→Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management
→Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards
→Maintains clean and safe working environment
→Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met
→Picks, packs, and ships materials
→Keep areas fully stocked to support production
→Provides assistance where necessary

Requirements

Forklift and warehouse experience required
Experience loading flatbed trailers required
Basic computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work effectively in team environment
Ability to work overtime as needed
