Merchandiser

• →Visit stores daily according to your time and territory plan
• →Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• →Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan 
• →Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• →Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• →Conduct in-store training on promotions and new product launches to sales associates
• →Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• →Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• →Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• →Collect daily data on POS, distribution, competition, in-store activities in NTT (system application)
• →Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• →Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly
• Ability to self-manage remotely
• Detailed knowledge with Window Environment (Excel, Word, PP)
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out daily reports
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)
• Must be willing to travel all stores within their territory
