PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions) Cleans hospital vehicles, drains sewers, boilers, pipes, air-conditioning units, electrical systems, and assists in moving heavy machines, furniture, and equipment.

Makes adjustments and repairs to plumbing heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems on hospital buildings and it's parcels without assistance.

- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be able to hear audible sounds.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints related to mechanical systems.
- Ability to make adjustments and repairs using the knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Trade school in mechanical or electrical repairs a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
- Experience in power plant, building and equipment repairs in an industrial setting.
- 5 Plant Operations and Repair Required
