What You'll Do

• →Lead as First Assist: Serve as the primary surgical first assist, providing critical hands-on support throughout procedures.
• →Set the Stage Pre-Op: Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff.
• →Deliver in the OR: Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team.
• →Follow Through Post-Op: Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision.
• →Help Us Get Better: Contribute to clinical and operational initiatives — education, training, and process improvement.
• →Keep Growing: Bring a willingness to learn new surgical specialties and expand your skill set.

What You Bring

Experience:

• At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience
• Hands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics
• Spine experience is a plus

Education & Credentials:

• Strong technical skills in the operating room
• Graduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA 
• Ability to acquire AZ state license

Physical Requirements: Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation, including:

• Ability to lift, sit, stand, or squat

• Frequent lifting up to 20+ lbs., plus bending, reaching, standing, walking, and kneeling
