Responsibilities
~1 min readReporting to the Assembly Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies to produce finished components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for someone who enjoys building, working with tools, and seeing a finished product come together.

Assemble parts and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.

Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and measurements.

Gather the necessary parts, tools, and materials to complete assigned work.

Position and fasten components using hand and power tools.
- →
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit and quality.
- →
Measure completed components to verify they meet specifications.
- →
Identify assembly issues and work with supervision to resolve problems.

Complete required production and quality documentation.
- →
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- →
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min readPrevious assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read or learn to read basic blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Good hand and finger dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.
Previous forklift experience is a plus.
Previous electrical or heavy equipment assembly experience is a plus.
Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
