Food and Beverage Host

The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by educating them about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. The host seeks exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. The host can be assigned to various areas of the business: Admissions, Retail, Attractions, and Food and Beverage.

• Greet guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Understand and explain menu offerings to guests and answer questions about food products.
• Take orders and handle payment at the point of sale.
• Prepare food and drinks.
• Maintain food safety standards.
• Be “Guest Obsessed” and provide exemplary customer service.
• Achieve revenue goals and upsell sales targets.
