Requirements

~1 min readYou’ll be a hands-on leader helping the attraction run smoothly and keeping guests happy:
- →Lead from the floor and support your team in real time
- →Deliver standout guest service and service recovery when needed
- →Coach, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- →Run daily team briefings and keep communication clear and simple
- →Help ensure all positions are staffed and operations stay on track
- →Keep safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards high
- →Support Duty Manager shifts and attraction-wide operations
- →Spot opportunities to improve guest experience and sales
- →Help with training, scheduling, and performance support
This is a highly guest-facing role—you’ll spend most of your time where the action is.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing role
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Calm, confident approach in busy environments
- Great problem-solving and guest service mindset
- Comfortable using POS or basic computer systems
- Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be leading from the floor, supporting your team, and shaping the guest experience in real time.
