Responsibilities

You’ll be a hands-on leader helping the attraction run smoothly and keeping guests happy:

  • Lead from the floor and support your team in real time
  • Deliver standout guest service and service recovery when needed
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members during shifts
  • Run daily team briefings and keep communication clear and simple
  • Help ensure all positions are staffed and operations stay on track
  • Keep safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards high
  • Support Duty Manager shifts and attraction-wide operations
  • Spot opportunities to improve guest experience and sales
  • Help with training, scheduling, and performance support

This is a highly guest-facing role—you’ll spend most of your time where the action is.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing role
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Calm, confident approach in busy environments
  • Great problem-solving and guest service mindset
  • Comfortable using POS or basic computer systems
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask

You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be leading from the floor, supporting your team, and shaping the guest experience in real time.
