The Human Resources Intern will lead a project‑based initiative to build a complete and accurate job library for the organization. The intern will fully own and execute the project, with the goal of ensuring that all job descriptions are written, all job families are defined and organized, and every active employee is aligned to a role that accurately reflects their work.
Working closely with HR and business leaders, the intern will create and update job descriptions, establish job families aligned with organizational standards, and oversee the rollout of an updated job description repository. This role offers hands‑on experience in job architecture, project management, stakeholder engagement, and HR process improvement.
This is a paid, full‑time, remote internship running from May through August 2026, ideal for a graduate student — though strong bachelor’s degree candidates will also be considered — who is interested in HR strategy, job design, and workforce structure.
